Master Class in Choral Direction Program

2011-2013

 

The objective of the Master Class in Choral Direction Program is to teach Mexican choir directors the most advanced techniques in choral direction. Taught by Jack Goodwin of the New York Choral Society, and an expert in choral direction with over 26 years of experience.

 

Choir Bicultural Program Dessoff-Xopankuikatl

2012-2013

 

A bi-cultural chorus of eighty voices, half from Mexico and half from the United States, presented the Mass in B Minor by J.S. Bach and The Passion according to Saint Mathew in Mexico City's Palacio de Bellas Artes. These performances, were presented in collaboration with the Orquesta Sinfonica Nacional (OSN), The Dessoff Choirs, Goodwin Production, Inc. and Ensamble Coran Voce in Tempore.

The singers  had many opportunities to spend time together after the rehearsals and performances. They shared experiences musical, social and laid the foundation for long lasting friendship. Between individual singers of equal importance, to have the depth and intensity of the experiences. This awakening, awareness and appreciation of the richness and diversity of both cultures represented in the group of singers.

Voce in Tempore is an organization linked with institutions in Mexico, such as the Escuela de Música Vida y Movimiento, Ollin Yoliztli, Dirección General de Musica de la UNAM (DGM), the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes (INBA); and abroad with the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) and Federación Coral del Caribe y Centro America (FCCC). VIT's vision is to seek input on the collective work within the coral culture in Mexico and abroad, consolidating an organization promoting the exchange and enrichment for the professionalization of directors, choristers, musicians and fans. 

 

Program in Museums Management And Leadership-PADEM

2009-2011

 

The Mexican Museum Leadership Institute , seeks to answer the need for training in Senior decision making in the field of museums in Mexico. The experience of the Getty Leadership Institute and the MLI , The Museum Leadership Institute, the IMLM offers Intensive Professional and Updated challenges in order to explore the current challenges facing the management of museum institutions , and building inter-culture bridges through education.
